Cajun Jambalaya Mix
Authentic Cajun jambalaya in one box. Add your meat, water, and butter for a classic Louisiana one-pot meal built on Doguet's long grain rice.
Doguet's® Cajun Jambalaya Mix brings a true Louisiana one-pot meal to your kitchen. Built on our own long grain rice and seasoned with onion, bell pepper, garlic, and Cajun spices, it does the work for you. Add a pound of smoked sausage, chicken, pork, or seafood and dinner is ready in about 30 minutes. Each 8 oz box makes four servings. Contains soy.
Add 1lb. of smoked sausage, chicken, pork, or seafood to a 3-quart sauce pan. Sautée meat in vegetable oil. Stir in 2-1/2 cups of water or chicken stock, Jambalaya mix, and 1 tbsp. of butter. Stir well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 24 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.

We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All orders placed with Standard Shipping before 2:30pm CST are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders placed with Expedited Shipping before 2:30pm CST are processed that day. Any order placed after 2:30pm CST will be treated as an order placed the following business day.
